Alf Up Close and Personal

What can I say about Alf except "WHOA!!"  This is a truly awesome bull calf!  Calm, easygoing, gentle and BUILT.  The pictures, again, do NOT do him justice, and no, he hasn't just had a bath and been combed and poufed and clipped - this is how he looks, au naturel.  He is a full brother to Morgan Rivers Zamora, who posted an adjusted 205 day weight of over 700# on grass only.  I fully expect Alfie to be right there with him.  DOB 25 February BW 83#.  Sire - JB Roar, by Willalooka Pharaoh P47 out of JB Monique Marie, a Willalooka Power granddaughter by Twin Fir Black Powder.  Dam - HD Vanya 236V (dam of Amy's mother Joy, see below).  He's is really something special and will be a true asset to any grass-based beef production herd.  Take a long look at his mother, shown below.  LeeLu is nursing this big calf, on this pasture, and is in great condition.  LeeLu always breeds back immediately.  She is bred back to Roar for an early 2014 calf - get your deposit in now if you miss out on Alf.

Alf was weaned on 30 August at a whopping 660#!
